Director-General of the Nigerian Technical Aid Corps , Rt. Hon.Yusuf Buba Yakub, has been conferred with the esteemed titles of Doctoral and Honorary Fellowship of the Emergency Crisis and Risk Management Institute. These recognitions are testaments to his exceptional leadership, competence, and professionalism in advancing NTAC's mission.

Under Dr. Yakub's guidance, NTAC has strengthened its initiatives in providing technical aid and humanitarian support to African, Pacific and Caribbean countries. The organization's deployment of over 10,000 volunteers to over 40 countries since its establishment in 1987 is a notable achievement.
