An accomplished scholar, he holds a National Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, a Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism, and a Master’s degree in International Relations and Strategic Studies—credentials that reflect both intellectual depth and strategic capacity for leadership.

Beyond his role in public service, Ogbu is a notable media entrepreneur and publisher of Truepointnews Online, Magazines, and Newspapers. Through this platform, he has consistently amplified citizens’ voices and championed transparency and accountability in governance.
