The National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) has launched two new digital customer support channels aimed at enhancing accessibility, responsiveness, and overall service delivery for Nigerians and legal residents seeking assistance with National Identification Number (NIN) related enquiries.

As part of its ongoing digital transformation and service improvement initiatives under the leadership of the Director General/CEO, Abisoye Coker-Odusote, the Commission introduced a Live Chat feature on its official website and an official WhatsApp support platform to provide faster, more convenient, and real-time customer support services.
